So one of my goals this year is to actually run a 5k. I participated in 2 5k's last year however, I walked. This year my goal is to run a 5k. I have to slowly build up to that because I have bad knees. I have been jogging the past few days and recently started my training. So stay tuned as I post updates on my training and when I actually participate in the event. I will probably walk a few to help get the endurance up and work on getting up to that 3 mile run!
