We are almost there - 47 days 'til his expected arrival. That is of course if he comes on March 10th. I am getting so ready to meet him. It's crazy how much you can love and obsess over something, but I guess it makes sense since he's my son.
Updates in Jonah land:
He gets hiccups about 2-3 time a day. It's really kinda funny and cute. He's started making his downward descent. His feet aren't as high as they used to be and it feels like he's head-butting me in my lower region. Ouch! His movements are still really powerful. Lot's of kicks, punches and swishes. His favorite thing to do is stick his foot out as far as he can and my belly gets all hard on that side. Then I push it back in and then he will stick it back out. It's like a game we play. If I say "Jonah" and push on my belly he pushes back. He's the cutest thing ever and of course I think that 'cause I'm HIS mom! :)
Updates in Mommy land:
I have had two nights in a row of really restful sleep so I have gotten a lot done around the house. My next project is to start getting the hospital bag packed. That way we are ready for the show when it comes. I think I will have it ready and then put it in my car towards the end of February so I am really prepared. I am praying that he doesn't come during rush hour since our hospital is 30 minutes away. :-/ Since my last visit I haven't put on any more weight. It's almost like I put the bulk on in second trimester. Weird. Right now I am at 30 lbs. gained. I wanted to be there for the total weight, but I am guessing 35-ish...which isn't that bad. I do have a couple stretch marks and at first I was horrified by them. Then, I told myself they are little battle scars and now they symbolize love. So I kinda like them now, but that doesn't mean I stopped slathering on Vitamin E oil everyday. :)
Updates in Daddy land:
Andrew is so excited about his little guy. He talks to him, feels him move and is just as excited as I am. He's working hard all day so he can provide for us. He's an amazing husband and I am confident he will be an awesome dad. He's so patient. Especially with me when I do silly things, like break the toilet. Don't ask! :-P He's saving his money right now to fix up his Firebird. I know he's getting the 'itch' to be working on another car soon. He put the racecar up for sale (Praise God)...hopefully we will get some bites on that. He's really helped put Jonah's room together and get everything ready and has been so supportive. I couldn't have asked for a better husband. God is SO good!
We have truly been blessed and now we are just waiting to meet our next little blessing.

You two will be excellent parents I have no doubt. I just cant wait to be a grandmother. Cant wait to hold that precious angel in my arms and tell him what a stinker his mother was growing up. Just kidding. You were a good kid. Most of the time. And I have no doubt that Drew will spoil you and Jonah ROTTEN. Love you both. Or should I say all 3. And please hug that grandson to be for me.
Love you Bunches
Mom
I hug him all day everyday! :) Love you.
WOW you are getting so close. I can't wait for the shower & then the little guy to make his appearance, however judging by you, he may very well come out a toddler!!! haha
Love you.
