Jonah / 10 weeks - He found his fingers
10 weeks have come and gone and Jonah has changed so much. He does something new everyday. He's starting to really talk up a storm. It's all jibberish, but hey - I'll take it. He's also found his hands. It's really sweet and funny to watch him stare at his hands. His Grandtoff (Cathy) bought him the Baby Einstein - Baby Neptune Ocean Gym. He LOVES this thing! He sits in it and stares at everything. He recently learned to bat at the hanging objects. I am such a proud mother.
Know that I have figured him out he is such an easy baby. We had a rough couple weeks when we found out he has reflux, but thanks to the Prevacid and our calming techniques - this little boy is a walk in the park.
My days are filled with talking to him, singing, making silly faces. I basically have a front row seat to Jonah TV all day everyday and I couldn't be happier. Life is so sweet and God is SO good! He gave us the sweetest little boy with the biggest most tender heart. I am so thankful for him.
We embarked on our first road trip. Last Saturday we headed to Franklin to visit Andrew's family. I always love going to visit them. Andrew and I got some time to ourselves and some family time out with the baby. Jonah is the sweetest angel. He's so much fun to take out and get around with. His easy peasy!! It's such a blessing to nurse, it's SO easy. Have food, will travel. :) No need to prep/sanitize bottles for me!
Life is SO good. Being a mother is the most amazing thing I have done and I can't wait to have more kiddos.
Blessings ♥
