Jonah - 20 weeks

Jonah - 20 weeks / Big boy

I just can't believe how fast this little boy is growing. At his 4 month well visit he was 14# 15 oz (50th percentile) and 25 inches long (95th percentile). He is going to be a tall one! :) Like that wasn't obvious with his tall parents.

He's made the switch to cloth diapers. He isn't 100% yet. He does occasionally get disposable. Mostly at night because they are more absorbent. But his legs look so much better since we switched. There is crazy chemicals in the disposables. Check out my other blog for more info http://kraftykrysie.blogspot.com/

Jonah's favorite things to do: Jump in his jumperoo, suck on his fingers, grab his feet, talk jibberish all day and play with a few toys. He recently found his thumb! My thoughts were "Oh no!" I will put a paci in his mouth and he will pull it out and suck on his fingers. I guess he likes the way they taste.

I eliminated dairy for two weeks and didn't see an improvement in his eczema, so I feel better that maybe it isn't a food allergy. I still make his lotion out of coconut oil and his skin responds really well to that. When it gets a little dry, he really looks bad. Poor baby! I will figure it out one way or another.

He can sit up with a tiny bit of assistance and is loving to explore the world around him. Once he gets wheels, I am going to be in trouble. This little guy is all over the place and I will have to play chase!

I am anxious to see what new tricks are waiting up his sleeve.

Well, it only took you 5 weeks to update this thing!!! Jonah is looking like a much happier baby now. I am loving all the little vidoes you text me. He is such a doll. Sorry I missed him when you came out to get the shower gift last weekend. Oh, well. I guess I need to get a day, when I can just come see him.
Love to all the members of the Weil family.
