to take you to the school dance
to see all your report cards
to tell you "Its going to be okay" when you don't get what you want
to hear you complain about me embarrassing you
to yell at you to "Turn that down!"
to learn new things from you
to see things through your eyes
to watch you graduate high school and college
to see you fall in love
to be there when you get married
and most importantly, I can't wait to see the look in your eyes when you look at your child.

Pooh, you will spend the 1st year of Jonah's life saying I can't wait until he talks & walks & you will spend the next 17 telling him to be quiet & sit down. haha Don't be in a hurry to "can't wait" as he will grow up in the blink of an eye. It goes by so fast. Enjoy him every day of his life.

Your aunt is right. Just enjoy every moment because it will fly by. It feels like yesterday I was watching you and Matt toddle accross the floor after each other. Now you are about to make me a grandmother. Slow down my child and enjoy every last minute. You will be surprised how much you can love someone.
