Jonah - 7 weeks

Jonah is now 7 weeks old. I really can't believe it. It seems like yesterday that I was complaining and trying to evict him. Time really does fly by when you have kids. Your whole day is sucked up by taking care of them that it just zooms by and you really haven't gotten anything done.

I am slowly learning to balance him and get house work done. It's very tricky! He's starting to get on a schedule which is nice. He goes down to bed between 9:00 - 10:00 and sleeps until 4:30-6:00. He sleeps SOOOO good! I am so blessed to have a baby that sleeps 6+ hour stretches. I don't really feel that tired.

In the last couple weeks he has started smiling. It's the sweetest thing to look down at your baby and he's got this big toothless grin looking back at you. Makes all the poopy diapers and fussy nights worth it. He hates hiccups and loves his bouncy seat and cradle swing.

Jonah is changing EVERYDAY. He doesn't even look like the same baby to me. It's amazing how they grow and change so fast. I am so in love with him. I can't wait to see what the next week brings.
